"Ramon's Village Resort is literally heaven on earth. We had a delay in our flight that led us to missing our ferry to the island and we missed a night we had paid for. They were extremely accommodating in helping us stay another night at the end of our trip as opposed to missing a night entirely. The staff is unbelievable.
