「The room was very clean with all the items we needed for a great stay. The communications with the Kukun team via WhatsApp were smooth. The only thing that could improve the experience was the website itself which kept coming up with errors. But when I reached out to Kukun via WhatsApp they were able to answer all my questions and address my concerns very quickly. The location of the unit is unbelievable, right in the middle of all the action in Roma Norte. I would definitely come back. 」

「There were minor glitches with housekeeping and breakfast during our weeklong stay. Each time there was an apology and a correction made immediately. That level of responsive service is refreshing. We are grateful to the staff (especially Diana at the front desk) who helped us navigate through two days of cancelled flights.We will stay at Xoma every time we come to Mexico City! Thanks for accommodating all our needs so efficiently and cheerfully.」

「Very affordable. Friendly staff and spacious room. This hotel is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood that's great for a morning run and has street food. My advice is to bring more clothes because it gets cold in Mexico City at night and I think AC is uncommon in most hotels here.」

「Modern and clean property. Always someone at the desk to open the door for you or get what you need. The area across the street is nicer and there’s good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There’s always traffic stopped outside 24/7 but luckily not too loud. We could sleep through the night. Very comfortable bed. 「We had a beautiful room with a great view of the Temple and got to see air balloons rising in the the morning. The staff was so nice and helpful even with my bad Spanish. We had a lovely stay. 」
