「The apartment was in a great location not too far from the river and we were amazed by how spacious, homely and cool it felt with great air conditioning. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding the apartment including a short walk to the Piazzale Michangelo viewpoint and Giardino Bardini which both had amazing views across the city. We did have an issue where the shower flooded a bit. But as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn't too much of an issue so we didn't raise it. There...

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service.」

Multiple people sending messages they would arrive in 10 min but no one turned up for 90 min as we wait outside. No toilets provided, lights kettle did not work as the plugs different from the wall. The host simple told us to go and buy things as they would not help. It was very cold, damp and uncomfortable inside. Which we could do...
