「Nice little town」

「We like this hotel very much.To choose right and good hotel would enhance travel expenses.we feel the hotel's staff knows what you need and serve more than you expect. Try your best to stay with them. You wound get what you expect.」

「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and...

「It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.」

「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! 「We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal.」

「great and spacious room, with very nice lake view. excellent service.」

「The best!!!」

「Perfect location as it is closed to train station, only 5 mins walk. Clean and tidy room with air-conditioned which is not common in Switzerland. 」
