「Ideal location. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were only there for an afternoon/evening. But being able to walk to so many places was fantastic. There is a lot to Pismo Beach and the surrounding area. I’m not sure if there’s a shuttle. Maybe more upfront information could be made available or mention of the free bicycles. 「The staff was superb—everyone from the front desk staff (thanks, Tracey!), housekeeping, to the breakfast staff (very friendly and helpful)! We had a great stay with lots of pool fun and the perks of the dog bowl/treats, full breakfast and evening happy hour drinks with chips and queso. This is definitely a family hotel that can be noisy, which actually we didn’t hear too much from the room, but if you’re looking for a quiet, mellow hotel, this isn’t it. 」
