「 Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. 「We loved Alberto Alla Rosa and Canazei! We stayed in the eastern and Western Dolomites, and Lake Garda…. This was the best of it all. Th e hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Europe. We’ve traveled several times in Europe, and I think we’ll be back here. 」

「A very comfortable Hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The walking path behind the Hotel leads to downtown. A 10 minute walk. 」

「The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. 「Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. 」
