Amazing property with so many nice little touches. We had a stunning view from our balcony of the river. There is free parking. We had a problem with a car that broke down and the staff at the hotel were simply amazing at helping us out with arranagements. Really lovely place run by such lovely people. Thank you so much.

Nice stay!

Nice place right by the river! Great location to the main city center, within walking distance and lots of nearby stores. The place was really clean and tidy, check-in was a breeze, and staff was very communicative. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was just right, and the little kitchenette was convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and enjoyed walking through the shopping stalls throughout the town. The parking lot is a little tight by US standards but manuverable if the lot is not completely full. Would definatley stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Residence Iscarus is an older hotel in an apartment style building. The hotel receptionist Kat was fantastic! She was so sweet and helpful recommending restaurants and things to do. The hotel gave us free passes for public transportation while we stayed and information on the spa and gym nearby. The actual apartment was a bit older, but still clean and worked for us. It is walkable to the downtown area and parking was included. Thanks again to Kat who made the stay!

Great location, great service

Beds very comfortable and hotel included bus and cable car passes. Easy walk to town for wonderful food and charming old town. Pool park just across the street. Wonderful place, will definitely stay again.

This was in a great location and we were impressed with the staff and amenities. The property includes laundry and a drying rack which was perfect. The hotel included the Brixen pass which gave us access to nearby Plose mountain, the aqua centre across the street which was great and easy access to the town centre.

Extremely central comfortable apartment

Extremely central to the old town. Comfortable apartment with friendly staff. Comes with a brixen card so you get free entry to many attractions in the area including free chair lift up plose mountain (must do see the dolomites). Free locked parking is also a plus. All up, decent for the price mainly due to excellent location.

Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können!

Das kleine Hotel liegt ideal sowohl für einen Zwischenstopp während der Durchreise von Italien nach DE (oder andersherum), wie auch als Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu besichtigen (mit dem Auto, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß). Die unerwartet schöne Altstadt von Brixen ist in 10 Minuten Spaziergang (ohne Stufen oder Bergsteigen) entlang des Flusses zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommendem Personal war (via e-mail) perfekt und das machte das Einchecken sehr einfach und möglich trotz später Anreise. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Balkon und wunderschönem Flussblick (der Bergblick war inklusive!)... Nicht nur das Apartment sondern auch das Hotel selbst waren tadellos sauber und schienen frisch renoviert zu sein. Das Apartment war geräumig, sehr hell und modern ausgestattet; sehr gut ausgestattet war auch die Küche, es fehlte an nichts. Mitte Oktober war die Heizung bereits im Betrieb, da es aber noch recht warm war, haben wir sie nur im Bad eingeschaltet. Wir haben mit offenem Fenster wunderbar geschlafen, da die Straße die sich vor dem Hotel befindet verkehrsarm war... gehört haben wir nur den Fluss, aber das war herrlich. Der eigene geschlossene Parkplatz war ideal. Das ganze Hotelgelände war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön bepflanzt. Die Brixen Card (ermöglicht die kostenlose Besichtigung vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten in Südtirol) ist im Preis inbegriffen.
