Best hotel! I solo travel to Puerto Rico very often and this is My first time at this hotel and I’m in love the room was clean the staff were friendly and helpful they have a designated smoking area on property free parking and the location is so convenient what I love the most is that the hotel had key pads which felt super secure the room was clean sheets were clean everything felt great ! Definitely will be returning to this hotel ! They also have a linked in tree website where they have...

The staff was super helpful. Our excursion was cancelled and they provided us with options on how to get to the rainforest and provided helpful maps. They went above and beyond for us each and every day. It is clean and within walking distance to great restaurants.

Parking air conditioning good staff and helpful hot water

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

Place was very nice, staff were super friendly and welcoming. overall a great experience, couldn’t recommend them enough!

We absolutely love the hotel. The Area. The church. Everything was perfect. I’m a proud Puerto Rican this trip was everything. Thank you El Convento we look forward to coming back soon.

Customer Service!!!!! It was amazing, I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was more attentive, friendly and helpful! The room was EXTREMELY clean as well. We arrived before check-in and Carlos, gracefully took our bags and sent is to have fun in PR. Within a couple of hours I got text saying that not only was the room ready but he had already placed our bags in our rooms which is extra special because it boutique style, there isn’t a elevator. The room also had a surprise, a typed...

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico! The hotel was fabulous!

Everything was perfect.

It was very clean had great aroma when u enter .Definitely would stay there again

I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. After a long search for the perfect spot.. I found this little B&B. It had everything I needed: a clean room, comfy bed and a great shower! Oh there's a mini fridge inside the room too (barely made any noise). I slept through the night like a baby. The beach was...

Very modern 2 bedroom with comfortable beds. Great downtown location close to everything. Staff were professional and great to work with.

This place is amazing. I wish I would of stayed here from the beginning of my trip

ROOM SIX WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND JUST 12 STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH. THE ROOM WAS NOT LUXURIOUS, BUT IT WAS JUST FINE. THE RESTAURANT SERVED GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING OR OUTSIDE ON THE BEACH. STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. IT IS FOUR BLOCKS FROM THE AIR CONDITIONED BUS TO THE OLD CITY, $1.50 FOR TWO. UBER IS AVAILABLE IN THE METRO AREA, QUICK TO ARRIVE AND 40% THE COST OF TAXIS. WE WENT TO THE EAST END OF THE ISLAND TO THE $2 FERRY FOR $29, TAXI COST $100,...

The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

The staff is GREAT. Especially the pool staff. This has officially become my go-to hotel anytime I stay in San Juan. Great location, great facilities, everything was great!
