「We flew in to San Jose around 12pm. We headed out of town towards La Fortuna. I thought this would get us out of the city and close to our first day of activities. The area was quiet. The room was very clean. We speak very little Spanish and the staff spoke very little English. However we were able to communicate to get what we needed. The hotel is one block from the Main Street. We found the supermarket with ease. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit with a large breakfast of beans...

「After we checked in with Simon, who was very kind and thorough, we were greeted by Marvin who assisted us with our bags to our room. Marvin was super friendly, kind and helpful. We had been traveling for hours from Jaco and were very interested in getting a meal. We went to the hotel restaurant and thankfully the host told us that if we wanted to order food, due to only one chef being present we would have to wait for 45 minutes.
