We arrived somewhat late in the evening and there was someone at the street level who was waiting to let us in. But once we were inside and upstairs at the lobby we waited a VERY long time before someone showed up to the front desk to check us in. Probably 15+ minutes. We were tired and it was just a bummer. We got the basic room...

「We did not like that the restaurant closed early on Sunday. We were not able to have dinner there, as we had planned. Had to go off-site to dine. That was one reason we picked this place - ease of evening dining.」
