"Great staff and location the pool was lovely. We loved having access discounted to Valeros beach club. The suite was great lost of space and outside spaces. The only issue was the sound from the busy street that was constant. I would recommend requesting rooms that were not street facing. "

"We booked an ocean view room and unfortunately there was no ocean in sight. The manager said he would take care of it the next day and haven’t heard a single word from the property. Our room had an amazing bathtub,unfortunately it dispensed yellow brownish water. Called the front desk with the issue and am still waiting for an update. We checked daily on the colored water and every time it was horrible. The buffet was another experience with birds landing on the different food areas. The food was sub par adding to the not great experience at this property. The staff was mediocre and not too helpful when ordering from the pool bar ( Raphel ). The one bright employee was Cecilia at the hostess reception desk. She would always smile and be courteous. I honestly hate to discourage people’s opinion for an all inclusive,but this was not good. Do better please !!"

"Extremely expensive, drinks minimum $25, only 1 restaurant and a snack bar. Food was very expensive as well and not very good with very small portions Many hallways the lighting did not work Several staff members were rude"

"excellent choice for getting away. We wanted more of an in-town experience rather than the "resort" experience common among hotels along the tourist section. Many great restaurants & art galleries just outside the hotel. Hotel restaurant & bar excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much"
