"Will 100% be back. This pool was one of the best we’ve ever been to. The staff was so attentive and friendly! The decor is so beautiful- only downside is the food at the restaurant was silly expensive (like $150 for 2 people for breakfast!) so I’d say there’s a good coffee shop across the street! But the amenities are amazing! Clean and big villa rooms (stayed in a 1BR villa room)."

"We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful — from the clean rooms and pools to the facilities and dining areas. Everything was well maintained and created such a relaxing experience. Marco Polo was definitely our favorite restaurant and dining experience, but honestly we enjoyed all of it. We especially loved the beach parties with drinks and appetizers, along with the live music and bands throughout the resort — including the Mariachis! There was always something fun and enjoyable happening. Such a wonderful all-inclusive experience and we loved every minute of it!"

"Everything was great at this hotel, except for the noise and privacy. Our room was the first room, which is next to the office and opens directly into the restaurant. If the windows and doors were thicker, it probably would have insulated against some of the noise, but that wasn't the case - we could hear full conversations from our room. Additionally, the windows from the room didn't have any frosting or other privacy, which meant we really couldn't open the blinds at all. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Close to dining and other amenities!"

"Check in was easy thanks to the guy at the front desk (I forgot his name). He saw the puzzled look on us and was very kind and helpful, from connecting with the host to help with parking. The room was very clean but had 1 towel and no washcloths. Also no ice trays and there was no ice maker! We made ice cubes with the muffin tin. The location was steps away from the plaza with several restaurant options and some shopping. It was a nice quiet location with a rooftop pool that was also very clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend."
