「The owner was on-site and it really felt like a “home” when you walked in and were greeted by her and the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.」

「This lovely hotel is in a beautiful heritage building in the centre of the Art District in San Jose. The rooms are cosy and very clean. The location is perfect, with dozens of bars and restaurants a few steps away. The staff are very helpful and will store your luggage if you arrive early. Prices are great for such a nice hotel!」

「Generic hotel. Expensive for what you get. Room was very basic and window opened to courtyard so no privacy. Like an old school Holiday Inn. Almost 200 usd after all the fees. Clean but not nice place. Bed hard as a rock.」

「The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...
