"Everyone was super helpful. The buffet food was not the greatest but the room service food was good. The excellent service from the staff and the fun activities made our stay amazing. A special thank you to German, Luis, “Pepito” the water aerobics instructor, Estefania at The Grill, the bell staff and housekeeping staff. You all were so sweet!"

"Royal Solaris review 2026 We had a wonderful family vacation at Royal Solaris Los Cabos and really enjoyed our stay. The resort is a great size, everything is conveniently close together, so there isn’t a lot of walking required, and the beach is just a short stroll from anywhere on the property. Our room was cleaned quite well every day, and we appreciated coming back to a fresh room after spending time at the pool and beach. The à la carte restaurants were very good. While we were initially limited to three reservations during our stay, we found that we were able to book additional visits directly at the restaurants, which was a nice bonus. There were different menu items at the à la cart restaurants depending on the day, which also gave a good variety. Our kids had an amazing time throughout the week. They loved the kids’ water slide area, the Kids Club, and especially the games room. The entertainment staff truly made our vacation memorable. Ramon provided excellent service around the pool, Caesar was fantastic with the kids at the Kids Club, and Daniel was always friendly and engaging… and Luna was awesome! A very special thank you goes to Luna, who worked throughout the games room, pool, and entertainment areas. Luna was absolutely outstanding with our children. They really bonded with him over the course of the week, and he always made them feel included, welcomed, and excited to participate in activities. His energy, kindness, and genuine care made a lasting impre"

"Natalia is in the heart of the town. It has everything, a great bar and restaurant, a beautiful pool and lounge area, the rooms are spacious and clean but the one aspect that tops it all is their staff. They are a great team who go above and beyond to make your stay special!"

"The room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed being onthe first floor. I was told I could open the gate from my little terrace and walk out to the pool. But he couldn't open it. He was supposed to get back to me about that. But he never did."
