"Great place to stay"

"Okay...where do I start. Just needed a quick place to lay my head down for overnight and this place is exactly that. The room itself was good but phone there wasn't no ring tone and check to make sure all plugs was plugged in and it was. Went to front desk and they took care of it other than that room had: ~Nice fidge with freezer ~microwave nice and clean works good ~coffee pod to make a hot cup of coffee in your room in morning ~excellent t.v no problem {Dish} ~A WoW unique nice bathroom sink and mirror very impressed ~clean and workable toilet and shower no bathtub but huge easy to get in shower hot & cold shower working very well ~And of course nice size comfortable bed was very comfortable due to way I have to lay my body down ~And Grad-N-Go Breakfast Ready To Go In The Morning Now...All I Got To Say Is Just Check Area Out But Nothing Happened To My Vehicle"

"I’ll start by saying the hotel itself is fine. It’s clean on the inside and the room was nice however it’s straight up in the hood. Like we’re talking the ghetto area of downtown San Jose area. Tweakers riding around in bikes, abandoned tv on the side of the road. Not to mention the big construction site across the street. Also, they charge $30 to park there which you kind of have to unless you want your car broke into by the local neighborhood vagrants. Our toilet got clogged and they couldn’t get is a plunger for around 30 minutes because they didn’t have access to one, how do you not have a plunger?? Anyways, it was fine we just basically slept here and that’s it. Wouldn’t stay again based on location."

"Very kind staff. Strong fragrance throughout hotel. carpets in hallway covered in towels and toilet ran all night with a loud screeching sound over and over. Standalone AC or heating unit in room had a drain into a large plastic milk jug. Overall it’s an older hotel with charm but some of these things did not create a good impression. We got to our room late and when we noticed the issues we were too tired to ask to be moved so I did not repot these concerns."

"Unfortunately a very bad experience. The shower wasn't cleaned, there was a super dirty shirt stuffed between the bed and side table, the power went out for several hours, and the thermostat didn't work. At check out I tried explaining this to the employee but was mostly brushed off. I've been going to San Jose for years but will likely be using a competitor going forward."
