"I loved the location, it was so easy to get on the freeway. There's quite a bit of food available near the hotel. It was clean, the staff were so kind and helpful - I would definitely stay there again."

The Tangerine - A Burbank Hotel

"TLDR - I would not stay here again or recommend. It's definitely a no frills, laid back accommodation. Customer service was excellent. The front desk employees were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. We held a scooter and manual wheelchair delivery and pick up at the front desk and they allowed us to store it there instead of our room. They have a nice coffee machine in the lobby also. The bad part was the bugs in the bathroom. There was multiple small bugs in the sink, one wriggling around on its back on the bathroom floor, and coming from the drain. The bedding and room was otherwise clean. The flooring was dark carpet which is gross and not sanitary. I prefer laminate or other surface that requires mopping. Carpets are breeding grounds for germs and are very dirty. The bugs were just too much for me. You cannot plug in a Roku fyi. And smart tv is limited to direct tv plus Prime and Netflix. Bugs are why I wouldn't recommend or stay here again."
