Very nice and clean hotel to stay in, and it’s close to the airport and anything else you may need. It also has a gym! I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and would definitely...

My stay in this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well maintained, and their cleaning practices are phenomenal. Excellent customer service, every employee I interacted with was professional and courteous. The rooms are basic, but they met the expectations. Parking is very convenient, I never had any trouble finding a spot to park. I also loved their breakfast, which included eggs, beans, tortilla chips, salsa, sweet bread, fruit, and other items; you could also request toast or...

I enjoyed my stay at La Hacienda! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the restaurant that’s a part of the hotel. I liked having on site parking! It was perfect for my needs. I plan to stay there the next time I am in Oaxaca

Overall great Hotel and location. Very clean and breakfast is a plus. One suggestion for the main desk, just to be more friendly as guests are coming in and out. For example, just say Buenos Dias or Buenas Noches it makes the overall experience much friendly. Overall I would recommend this Hotel.

Good hotel for a good price. Just the beds were small.

I need 5 more stars to review this magical stay. Being inside Casa Arrona is like being in a sanctuary, and the staff is above and beyond helpful and accommodating. I had no idea when I decided to stop by the communal table during breakfast hours, that I would be served the best breakfast of my life. I was so grateful that they were able to arrange my transportation and follow up so promptly with any questions I had. What an absolute dream, and an honor to stay there. I cannot wait to return.

New new, awesome place close to Zocalo

Gorgeous property! Super clean, great location, soft beds, tons of attention to detail in rooms. Turndown service and housekeeping was impeccable.

Property is clean and staff is very friendly. If you get hungry there is a cafe within the hotel. For the price you pay it’s not too bad. It is like a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Oaxaca. But at night there was quite a bit of noise from the guest at the cafe which made it hard to fall asleep.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.

A very nice, very comfortable hotel; I had a great time and would definitely return.

Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...

It was beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Great ambiance. Staff was on top of everything, super friendly and helpful. They truly made tis experience the best! While at the coffee bar, my 7 year old daughter wanted a milk chocolate drink that was not on the menu and the two young guys at the bar offered to make it. They truly make it special! Definitely recommend.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Oaxaca. It’s centrally located, making it easier to explore the city yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a much-needed nights sleep after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted us with a smile, made us feel generally welcome, but the bar especially stood out. They were attentive, friendly, and created a warm and inviting experience. There was truly nothing negative about our...

We had a nice, large room with two double beds, a couch, a big-screen tv, and plenty of space in between. WiFi was good. The bathroom was small but very clean with amenities such as a hair dryer and nice walk-in shower. A waterproof, slightly longer curtain would keep more water off the floor, but not a big deal. There were two large windows with French balconies overlooking the street. The beds were very comfortable and daily housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful...

This is a wonderful respite within the City. Great location and fantastic customer service. The property is charming and very well located. The rooms are large and clean and have thoughtful details (eg sound machine for getting to sleep). Lots of great art throughout. Wonderful and thoughtful local arrival and departure gifts.

The hotel was amazing and in an ideal location. We were on a girls trip. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. We walked everywhere. I highly recommend it.
