「We arrived just before midnight. The staff was excellent. This was the smoothest check in we have ever experienced. 」

「Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. 」

「I’m not sure if the reviews were made up but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was so gross. We had mold in our bathroom and bugs in the room. Breakfast was horrible and made us sick. The entire hotel smelled like weed and it was not appropriate for our children. Do not recommend. 」

「Our first room that was given to us was not even supposed to be rented out so it was gross from work being done. The staff was helpful and switched our room for us. Not the nicest place but it was ok.」

「Hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation. The hotel is a mess right now. I’m hoping once they complete the update the hotel will be worth the money you are paying. Right now it’s not. The breakfast was also under par as compared to my previous experiences there.」

「Due to several things. Very disappointed!! Food was good once we got it. At630am the pancakes were served...then 20 min later the eggs came. I was to have a shower tub unit and we checked in went to room and unpacked then we saw we had it no tub shower unit my wife is handicapped and loses balance I did complain but girl said they had 1 only always. Said it very hard to get with just 1. Bummer...wife ended up not bathing. The pool I thought was heated nope freezing even outside.」

「Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. 」
