「In comparison of previous Embassy hotels I stayed at, this one is not up to standards of the previous ones visited. The bathroom tile needed more up keep in the shower tile. The breakfast omelets were rushed and watery. 」

「This was our first time visiting the state of Alabama, we came down to visit Alabama state. Debra, Dakita and the kitchen staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure that our check in was prompt and smooth. They were very professional, courteous friendly and knowledgeable of the Marriott. They set up my rewards account. Now the breakfast was southern comfort food, the kitchen staff, I have no words and I mean that, he was so pleasant and such a delight to my morning.」

「My guest and I arrived at check-in and were told our room was not ready. The lady at the desk was not sympathetic to the situation and seemed not to care about the inconvenience. Was told she would call when the room was ready, and after 1.5 hours, we had not heard anything and decided to return to the property, only to find out from a different employee that our room was ready. The room was dirty. There were dirty sheets stuffed in the drawers. There was stuff on the walls. Our toilet tissues...

「Overall. I would stay at this hotel again. It's for a lot of other businesses around it. It's in the middle of everything. The staff was super friendly and that meant a lot to me. It could've use a little updating on the decor and the elevators were quite trusting. They look really old and at one point only 1 was working. But overall I'd still stay again if that was all. But, it wasn't. My main reason for such a negative review and I don't do negative reviews. I'd rather just do no review at...

「They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.」
