"Overall good experience. Staff were really friendly and the location was perfect. The room could have been a little cleaner, however. Windows had marks on, especially lower down which could've been from a dog. Breakfast staff were also really friendly and accommodating, some food like bacon and egg had run out and not re-stocked when we visited. They kindly made us some more bacon just for us around closing time. View was lovely throughout the hotel."

"Large rooms that were clean, updated, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly at check in and out and were prompt in taking our luggage to our room. There was temperature and fan control on the rooms which was lovely. It was under a 10 minute walk around the corner from the train station. It was just a block away from Mirabell Gardens which was one of the best sites in Salzburg.The Pitter Kellar restaurant at the bottom of this hotel is definitely worth making reservations to eat there. The only negative is the rooms just have views of neighboring buildings so not great views and not alot of natural light coming in."

"Our room was facing the bus station. The curtains were not able to block the lights at night and it feels bright in the room. All lights on the street or from the bus station can come through the curtains. The room is not noise proof and we can hear the bus or cars running on the street. I wasn’t able to fall asleep until very late that night. Not being able to have a good sleep made my next day very tiring. Not a good experience"
