"This hotel puts you right in the heart of one of the most busy areas of the city. You can walk to cafes, restaurants, and deserts. However, the front staff was resistant to give advice on where to eat or even discuss the amenities of the hotel itself. In a word, they acted aloof. Still, the room was clean, and neat, and fulfilled our needs. The city is small enough to walk almost anywhere and that is the strength of this hotel, its location."

"Just a block from the Salzburg Hbf, this hotel has several nice features: modern rooms, lots of greenery, separated recycling, bicycle rentals available ... and even a free apple to take away as you explore the city. However, there were a few annoyances: no electric kettle with coffee or tea in the room, and only an expensive breakfast buffet available rather than an a la carte option. I also disliked filling in my own registration information on an unfamiliar touchscreen form while two reception clerks stood there and waited for me to complete it."

"Extra pillows would’ve been nice. Location was great, room was average. Not much for amenities and front desk staff was cordial. Thankfully i saw another review that mentioned the transportation pass as it wasn’t mentioned at check in so I asked about it specifically. Had i not, i may have ended up deleting the emIl with the pass as it looked like spam. Breakfast was alright, fruit from a can most definitely can be skipped, same with machine juice. Plenty of bread products. Outdoor courtyard was great for breakfast or hanging out in the evenjng."

"The room was perfect and clean. I had two twins. They even sent me up a piece of chocolate cake for my birthday. The restaurant next-door was excellent and apparently very popular as there was a line going out the door. If I had any complaint, it would be that the pillows were lumpy, but I did not complain about them so that’s my own fault. Location wise was great. The shower was strong. It was about a seven minute walk from the train station and about a five minute walk to Mirabel Plaza and maybe 10 minutes to the old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
