"The only reason why I am not reating 5 stars fully to The Ohioan is because the shower had mold in between the tiles, and the shower glass seemed to be off alignment so it was hard to close and open. Otherwise, everything in the room and hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and a great breakfast. Thanks! "

"The only issue I can complain about is checking out. I had to check out at 5:30 am and there was no one to be found to help me. A worker came in while I was waiting for someone to come to the desk and she started yelling hello and finally someone came out of the back room who looked like he was sleeping. He was unable to give me a receipt or check me out electronically because he said computer was down. Check in went perfectly and my room was nice and was clean."
