"Property was good the problem was they gave my room with a walk in shower away and gave me a standard room with a tub which was difficult for me to lift my legs. I paid for a room with walk in shower. I arrived approximately 10:00 pm and they said I arrived too late. During the past seven years I have arrived much later and they always reserved my room."

"No one at front desk, bed terrible, pool and hot tube not useable, staff could careless..."

"The only issue I can complain about is checking out. I had to check out at 5:30 am and there was no one to be found to help me. A worker came in while I was waiting for someone to come to the desk and she started yelling hello and finally someone came out of the back room who looked like he was sleeping. He was unable to give me a receipt or check me out electronically because he said computer was down. Check in went perfectly and my room was nice and was clean."

"Nice hotel. There was construction going on but I don’t think it bothered our experience too much. "

"Great staff, the bathroom in our room needed cleaned a bit better but other than that the one night stay was great. "
