The hot tub is non existent. This detail was not in the Expedia listing nor on the hotels website. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and obvious water damage in the room. Exterior and lobby looked nice enough but the rooms left plenty to be desired.

When we arrived to check in at 7:30pm the room was not ready. We had to wait additional time even though we were 4.5 hours after we could first check in.

Our room was not as clean as expected in the sense that the duvet covers had stains, there was what appeared to be dog hair on the kitchenette shelf, and there was half used bottles of lotion in the shower and on the bathroom counter. The furniture was ok except for a decorative bench that was falling apart. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was closed. I wish when you booked they would have to tell you if any of the offered amenities were closed.

Hey im kinda upset on my first night here jacuzzi wasnt open. my fridge in my room is leaking water and doesn't work. Breakfast wasnt provided this morning as well. I payed 360 something dollars plus 100 deposit and the bed protector on the pull out couch had a stain on it (very visible) . So now I have to go out and buy Breakfast for 4. Also in the pool area. Went outside and when tried to get back into the pool area door card scanner wasnt working. Had to have my little girl come and let me back it. There was no body wash. There was only one elevator that was working and throughout our stay they stopped working completely there was no towels for the pool area and the actual water in pool was super cold. Pull out bed mattress was awful. Was cleaning before check out, called front desk around 10 a.m. to get trash bags and nobody ever came up. The guy that was going around to see if people were checking out, i told him about the trash bags, and he came back in 5 minutes with some but at that time were already cleaned took bags out and loaded the kids and bags in the cars, it was right around 11 at that point so we were a little ticked off because its too late.

Room was clean, there were some stains on the sofa bed, had to put the cushions on top with a sheet to cover it up. Wasn’t told about the hot tub being out of commission until after I paid for the room, didn’t mention that you had to pay for breakfast until I went to go get something, so ended up going out to breakfast the whole wknd, only had access to one elevator & that one overheated & stopped working so I had to walk up to my room on the 4th floor with knee replacements wasn’t easy, I asked for extra towels & they had none in the laundry was told to check back at 9am the next day so I just went & bought a few. The pool area had no extra towels plus the pool didn’t even look clean. This hotel was highly recommended & I am very highly disappointed!!

The room was not clean. There were wrappers behind a stool and chewed gum on the side of the night stand. The bathtub did not drain properly when taking a shower and there was a blood stain on the shower curtain. The door to the room had white powder all over the front of the door. I will not stay there again. Other hotels in the same area are much better for the price. They also charged me $10 after telling me I could check in at 2pm. Nobody meant that when I spoke with them on the phone prior to arrival.

Our stay was great only complaint is that i was charged for an extra meal i never had. We ate in the restaurant twice on the thursday befor checkout and on checkout was charged and extra $77 for meals we didnt get.

The only reason we booked here was for the hotel pool and hot tub. The pool was so cold the kids tried to swim in it and lasted less than ten minutes. The hot tub was also broken and unable to be used. The room was clean, but the bed sunk in the middle so it was very uncomfortable with two people sleeping on it and sinking inward.
