My agent at Always Wanderlusting found a gem with this one! Exactly as advertised, great location for our weekend at Sonic Temple (not too close, not too far), and near stores for convenience. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Clean. Hot tub was under construction, but didnt change our minds one way or another. The pool was clean. Highly recommend and will be staying here for the next festival!

The desk staff were wonderful . We actually had no issues with our room , but it was very worn . There were footprints melted into our carpet ! The pull out couch looked very shoddy . I didn’t even sit on it . It was fine for a one night stay , but wouldn’t stay again .

Staff, was very pleasant. especially the bartender, he went out of his way to be helpful, fun and friendly. The location is always perfectly located to everything in the polaris area. However the property has seen better days. Rooms are not as well kept. We rented 2 king suites, and both bathrooms were covered in black mold in the shower and on bottom of bathroom doors. We over heard that they were short on cleaning staff. I also received a request to rate the breakfast after our stay. We thought it was funny as there wasn’t one offered.

The a/c was not working in our room and we didn't realize until we woke in the morning at the room was still 83 degrees. It was set on cool at 66 degrees with no change. We had to checkn in late (midnight). There was no chance to complain due to The access panel in the shower was hanging down and the bath faucet was loose. We booked for 4 people and were only given 2 shower towels. When I called the front desk, it just rang. I stopped down to the desk and the attendant was polite and went and got me a towel right away. The room was clean and spacious.

Pool out, hot tub out of order permanently, no coffee unless you like decaf. Kuric in room out of order, broken tile, elevator could use a good mopping not done once in 3 days, lobby restroom urinals we’re out of order and full to rim with urine so the odor was horrendous.Also only one elevator was working. Was truly disappointed. Area was nice with lots of stores and restaurants near by

The room was acceptable. We didn’t have an ice bucket and didn’t have any shampoo/body wash, but it wasn’t a huge deal to us. I know we could have called to have those replaced. The pool/hot tub were closed during our stay. I’m not sure how long the repairs are going to take. But overall it was fine and better than the reservation we had cancelled earlier in the day at a different hotel.
