「My experience at Hotel Ventana al Atlántico was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was frustrating. There is no front desk or office on-site, and I had no idea how to access my room. I called multiple numbers with no success until another guest gave me the correct phone number. 「This hotel is more decorated on the outside and hallways than it is in the actual rooms. No hand towels, and the only cover to use was a throw blanket that only covers one person. They painted the walls and left paint on the floor rug. The same black rug that is thru out the lobby is on the rooms. Very stained and gross. WIFI was not available even though they give you the password. The front desk uses a break sign of 30 minutes but you will never know when the actual 30 minutes started. The...
