「The hot tub on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of this room! The fireplace, spaciousness, and fully stocked kitchen, were all part of what made our stay so enjoyable. The only downside of the room was the noise outside that started around 7am. Not sure what it was, but it is near a mall so it may have been trucks loading or unloading nearby. 」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
