"Great location. Stayed on one of the club floors and the included breakfast & snacks/dinner was excellent. Staff extremely helpful. The Onsen is a bit of a hike from the hotel room. Would highly recommend for couples coming to Japan for the first time."

"The hotel was in a great central location. Staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Recommend booking a room that is not Standard as standard room is very small for 2 people. Bed very comfortable, Overall, we loved the hotel, but our room was too small., but we survived!!!"

"Very nice room for what we paid for. It was clean, had all the things we needed, nice bathroom, and staff were friendly. The breakfast was a bit expensive for us so we didn't get it. I heard mixed reviews on its contents with one patron telling us it was a great buffet because their family used it for their one meal every day. We are foodies so we went outside to eat each time."
