「Good」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「We absolutely loved our stay! Our only note was that we felt the couch and bed were quite stiff and uncomfortable. A better mattress/pillows and a larger/more comfortable couch would have made spending downtime in the apartment more enjoyable.」

「Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to tons of restaurants, shops and a 7 minute walk to the port. Highly recommend!」

「Absolutely unacceptable experience. The property I arrived at was nothing like the photos advertised online. It was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and in unacceptable condition. I was so shocked by the state of the apartment that I refused to stay there even for one night and immediately had to find another hotel. I contacted both the property and Expedia, reported the problems, and provided photographic evidence. Despite all of this, I still have NOT received my refund for accommodation...

「Easy check-in process, beds were very big and place was bigger than I expected. The washroom was small but that’s ok. The only thing is they didn’t provide enough towels for 4 people but maybe we just need to request it earlier next time.」
