"The place is old and lacks all amenities.....no restaurant / no bar / no elevator. Arrived with four ladies at 9:00 PM with four large pieces of luggage...had to lug up the stairs....not food to be had except the machine downstairs with ridiculous prices....oh and this is not considered an airport hotel being 25 mins from the airport....NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN."

"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. The only staff member we dealt with was unbelievably rude and clearly couldn’t care less. We checked in, opened the room door, and immediately got hit with a strong mold smell. My wife instantly had a reaction to it, so we stayed less than a minute before leaving and booking another place. Despite this, they still refused a reimbursement. When I tried getting my money back through Expedia, the hotel straight-up lied and claimed the room was “recently renovated” and perfectly fine. Absolute joke of a hotel — dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional."

"Beware of this hotel. We were offered a non smoking room as if that mattered. The entire property, rooms included, reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were a lot of drunk older people who seemed to be on drugs all throughout the property in and outside of the hallways and doors, leaving needles, bottles, and cigarette buds all over outside. When the smell got too bad, you'd open a window up to hear people who seemed high on drugs just arguing and fighting with each other and no desk attendants or security ever stepped in. Even one time these people knocked on our door at an obscene hour of the night out of pure inebriation. There was also a layer of residue within the shower floor and walls that was genuinely terrifying and disgusting to try to step onto. Normal pots and pans did not work with the stovetop when we paid extra for a kitchen, it was specific branded ones only and we were not informed prior. The staff seemed to not care about being helpful at all. Overall this hotel seems to have paid to get into the front pages of Expedia. Nothing about what is offered, the pictures posted, or any positive reviews seem to be true. Please consider choosing a different hotel. It's also marketed as in Montreal or just a short drive away, however there will never not be traffic causing a 30-45 minute drive into downtown, old port, or any part of the city. In some cases a cheaper option is worth it, but this hotel it is truly not worth the few bucks you save AT ALL. Stay away!!"

"The place was clean. The front desk lady was a little rude at check in. We were 2 hours early she did not seem very happy. Was very cheerful at checkout though. We had booked rooms 187 & 189. The rooms were clean however, we got back to the hotel at 1am. The bed was super squeaky and our rooms were underneath a hallway on the 2nd floor. We were woken up around 8am by people walking back and forth and im assuming the cleaning lady's carts rolling extremely loud back and forth. It was a terrible sleep I do not recommend those rooms. Everyone was super tired the next day because of how loud it was."
