「Clean and spacious. We stayed over for one night while travelling south. The reception team were kind and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The hotel was clean and welcoming and we left the next day feeling there was more to come back and see.」

Ontbijt ter plaatse is zeker goed.」

「👍」

「J'ai adoré séjourner dans la résidence.」

「Unique character building with friendly owners in a charming setting. Lovely backdrop and tasty breakfast in the morning of local breads. If you find yourself needing to stay in the area, I would thoroughly recommend this quiet out of the way property.」

「The chateau is beatiful and the dinner was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at dinner. The food was sooo good and the staff made the night so fun. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and they made it so special!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed we weren't in the chateau. I misunderstood what our room name was and didn't realize it meant we were in an annex building and not the chateau itself. So that was a let down. But...

「We arrived at 8pm, having called in advance to advise of our arrival time. We had booked a table in the restaurant at 8.30pm (the final sitting according to the website). We were disappointed to hear the restaurant was shut when we arrived. We were offered no refreshments (our booking stated a welcome drink)- the village was very quiet with only a burger place open so we had very little choice to get something to eat. Would not return.」

「Incredible! What a wonderful place, Adrien keeps the place immaculate. Our room ‘Rollon’ was beautiful- so charming. We cannot wait to come back in the future- ‘hidden gem’ is used so frequently but this is the definition of the phrase!」

「Very basic two star hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was very small, but perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and blissfully, air conditioned in the middle of a brutal heatwave. The breakfast spread was also pretty basic, but surprisingly quite good. The young ladies working the reception and breakfast area were lovely, professional, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner. This was a very last minute booking over a very busy weekend, and my main gripe...

「Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. They would not refund me the difference in...
