Perfect place for a family stay. The hotel is very cosy and clean. Rooms are well equipped. We had a warm welcome and efficient service. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and a great choice. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Friendly guesthouse, but not super comfortable

Very friendly owners at this quaint, provincial stay. The kids loved the play area, and the breakfast was good but the family room had very low ceilings so wasn’t that comfortable for tall visitors. We also felt quite conscious of the lack of soundproofing, as our baby wouldn’t settle and we got a few disapproving comments about it over breakfast. Not sure we’d rush to go back but it served its purpose as an overnight stop.

OK overall.

very convenient for overnight stay on the way back to UK. garden rooms do not suffer from the road noise.Comfort OK but a little basic.....difficult to sit up in bed to read or watch TV as shelf in the back of your neck! Food OK but not great.

A hidden gem, near Rouen

I absolutely loved this place. It's situated in this small town or village on the single main road, opposite am ornate town hall. The building itself has manged to retain the historic vibe, while the rooms have been nicely renovated and have comfy, modern beds and showers with good pressure. The staff are the best thing about the place. So friendly and welcoming, I was passing through, but I'd happily spend longer here if I was holidaying in the region. Excellent English is spoken and the food at breakfast is simple and delicious, while the in house restaurant seems to be the mein attraction of the village and it's easy to see why. The menu gourmand is outstanding value and the food is fantastic. Secure parking at the rear is also free. Definitely coming back!

Pour une nuit, nous avions choisi une chambre standard. Elle était propre, le lit confortable mais elle semblait une peu ancienne et surtout il y faisait déjà un peu chaud alors que nous n'étions qu'au mois de mai et en ouvrant la fenêtre nous avions les bruits de la route assez passagère ! L'accueil était agréable.
