"Great. Nothing to complain"

"Unfortunately no one was on reception when I arrived so I was stuck in the rain for 15 mins. The room was very big with a large bath and shower. The member of staff covering breakfast was late, this meant my waiting taxi charged extra and I was late for work. The contract number for the hotel was in Thailand so not convenient and didn't answer. The local communication was good however. "

"Everything was clean and tidy. Reception staff were great. Plenty of parking and a shopping centre nearby for restaurants and fuel."

"Excellent stopover. Desk staff were very helpful. bedding was excellent however bathroom towels were tragic and overall cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired. No smoking however faint odor of smoking on the bedding."

"Clean and well-maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of nearby on-street parking. Very close to the city centre. Numerous restaurants nearby, but advisable to book especially on a Saturday evening. This good value-for-money hotel is ideal for a short city visit or a one-night stopover."

"Staff as helpful as language barrier allowed. Maid service was optional but they did clear the bins and changed the towels once during our stay. No complaints there. Only problem was they ignored our request at booking, for a no step room, and although we did get one after we pointed out my husband cannot do stairs but the only one remaining had no working shutter so we had no access to daylight for the whole time we were there. "
