「Room was clean. People weee nice. But AC did not work. We let the generator ent desk know right away. They said technician will fix. But we had to stay with out AC through out and it was super hot. It was hard to sleep / stay in the room.」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「A beautiful place and the host was a really lovely lady. My only issue is that the bathroom is a seperate room down the corridor. (Which is beautifully decorated). There's nothing they can do, but it was a disappointment when I found out.」
