「This is a relatively new hotel. Staff are friendly, but are very limited in what they can do for guests. We asked to change 500 pesos for smaller 100 pesos to tip for our bell man and we were not granted this simple request. The reason: we only do this service for customers. I assumed that when we booked a room at the hotel that we were customers. Oh well, we ‘ll let that go. The shower amenities like shampoo and conditioner were in tiny tubes most appropriately suited one use only and by one...

「The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I like the fact that it has a real comforter. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I wished there were more choices of restaurants around the property. 」

「Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(」

「friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly」

「i booked in hotels.com but when we were about to check in they cant see our booking. 1 of our booking was seen in expedia.com. i showed them the confirmation receipts, bank details of payment and they gave us a room. staffs are accommodating」
