「Pros: Loved the spacious room and it’s cleanliness. Staffs are exceptional. Breakfast is good with many options. Free shuttle to airport but you need to book for it. Cons: You will need to make a security deposit of P3,000 for EACH room you book for a premium room and could be higher if it’s a suite. Not advisable for people on a budget. You get the money back once you check out BUT could take a while if not in cash.」

「房間真的很不優，有霉味，蟑螂，通知人員也沒作為，經理還躲著⋯ 感覺真的很差」

「渡假村可讓人放鬆，機場到飯店有接駁車一人600p 可參加自費活動 餐點有自助及單點」

「We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house...

「Location is pretty good，but no window 」

「This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...
