「De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Vooral de securities ( Carlo en zijn collega) en de persoon dat het ontbijt klaar maakte. Bij deze willen wij jullie nog eens bedanken , langs deze weg. Bjorn DM, Lyssa DM en...

「The toilet is very smelly, the aircondition is badly need an upgrade. The water pressure is bad aswell. And the the boat trip we have from the hotel came very late too bad service. Please do improve it.」

「Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(」

「The rooms are all good, they are clean and complete with basic needs. The only thing I got shocked is when I booked this through expedia it does not say that 17 year old and below needs to be paid for breakfast and only adults are included in the free breakfast.」

「Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Some days they don’t come to clean your room and the day they do they don’t leave you the right towels. 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Pillows were stinky of other people’s sweat, just felt...
