A big improvement since I stay here 5 years ago.very nice,lots of Parking, Swimming pool is massive. Quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. I book 1 night and extended . Close to Naga Airport.thank you. Will be back again.

Its not in Naga but in Pili Camarines Sur. Information provided to Expedia was false. It is 5.5 km from town proper. Called the hotel to send us location but the reception said she doesn’t have celphone load. Location is very hard to find and isolated with no restaurants or store. Took us 2 hours to find the place and just wasted our time. Staff are not helpful. Supervisor walked out leaving her staff deal with our problem. Cancellation charges was 70% of what we paid for the reservation. Will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Vooral de securities ( Carlo en zijn collega) en de persoon dat het ontbijt klaar maakte. Bij deze willen wij jullie nog eens bedanken , langs deze weg. Bjorn DM, Lyssa DM en Gabriël
