First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. "Place really needs an update as everything seems really old and worn off. Kitchen was basically falling apart and had ants. Bathroom canal was smelly and the wall around the door including the door were all bruised and chipping off.
