"Stayed for a night, not worth the money and rating. Not worth the value for money. Rooms are old style, door frame broken, the staff not much helpful. Had an issue with the balcony door and could not sleep properly due to wind making terrible sound. Told us we have booked cheap room and we could upgrade with additional pay. Food is ok if you don't have a high standard. But overall not worth the money. "

"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well. I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless! The staff love their job and they do a good job as well! We had issue with one room and got a new room without any issue. My boy was sick and they gave kettle free of charge, which is usually 5 euros otherwise. The only thing that worth mentioning but deff not the hotel’s fault is that the location in on the cooler place of Tenerife. If you want to go to sea activities like scuba diving etc, you will need to drive just move 1hr to the other side, the sunny side of Tenerife. To us, we drive around 2:30hrs a day. For a week, it builds up, but we don’t really mind. Preferring staying in a quiet place!"
