「This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. I wood stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast included is light years better then the typical American continental breakfast, the Italian restaurant...

「什麼也不提供的酒店。 網上自助Checkiin。房間除了床，電視和厕所( 提供厕纸，洗手液和冲涼液),其他全部沒有，水杯都沒有，長住5日提供一次清潔執房，如果要執房，需要另付30法朗(不知道是每日支付或是一次性，我只住了2晚）。 餐廳值得一試,美味(蓬週三有promotion),員工好客。 」

「Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. I got food poisoning (not from them LOL) during my stay there and they did things like bring food to my room and drive me to the pharmacy. Beyond that,...

「We booked this at the very last minute after having to deviate from our ski touring plan around Saas Fee. The staff were really nice and friendly, the rooms clean and functional with nice views and the breakfast was excellent and really good value.」
