"Good transit hotel. Room was nice. Pool looked good. Gym didn't use.Breakfast was excellent and cheap. Bar downstairs had football and nice UK Sunday Lunch.Didn't have time to explore area but I'll hope to be back."

"second time we were staying at this Shangri La. Food is absolutely beautiful here. The buffet spread is overwhelming, there is absolutely no way you can even try everything. The staff and service in general is definitely top. Rooms are clean. Overall the whole place is very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely go back again."

"My wife and our two kids visited the property in dec 2025. We upgraded to a panoramic suite which was absolutely beautiful. We were originally placed in a second floor pano suite however we were unhappy about this and were moved the same day to a 4th floor panoramic suite - same room but far better view with great privacy. The hotel didn’t ever seem to get above 40% occupancy which was absolutely fantastic for us as a family - no queues for breakfast, plenty of sun beds and the ability to dine whenever suited us. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, very clean with a clean and well staffed beach. The in house pastries are absolutely top notch - kudos to the pastry chef and their team however the rest of the food was fairly average. The best of the internal restaurants was the Italian mare mare. Overall magnificent experience and will more than likely be returning in 2026. "
