"Great oceanfront room. However, the beds were like bricks, the pillows were awful, the internet did not work and the tv was continually offline. We have stayed here every year for past 5 years. First time we were charged for parking and our dogs. We got there an hour early and were also charged $50 for “early check in”. Couldn’t dispute that as we had 2 dogs with us and did better in the drive putting us there early. What I thought was 4 days at $275 ended up being $500. And this was off-season. They did improvements, which were ok but the beds were so awful, no one could sleep. "

"Staff was great, we arrived in the area early and were allowed to check in, front desk was extremely friendly. This was a spacious and clean room. The view was better than described almost a full view of the ocean. The only slight complaint is that the bathroom in this room was tight but overall and 9 outta 10 and I would def recommend. And we didnt eat a whole meal in the resteruant but did get pasties and they were delicious! "

"Amazing view which was the reason for the stay, but the entire facility reeked of weed and vape. It was very uncomfortable stay sadly with such an amazing spot right on the ocean. Also parking was completely full with many vehicles not displaying passes and not being able to park at the place you are staying is very undesirable. "

"Hotel is nice enough; just a wee bit of peeling paint near the air vent & had to shove napkins under rails outside to kill the squeaks. Also needed a replacement room safe, but they were on it. Brekkie was a hot mess. First day great, not busy. Part of seating area closed off, no big deal. Lotta people next two days: empty food trays, outta tables, outta plates. They tried, but not quite at par for $200 per night off season. Maybe a fluke, but I’ll stay at my event hotel next time. "
