The check-in process was smooth, and when they learned we were celebrating a milestone anniversary, their warmth and professionalism stood out immediately. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with genuine hospitality, but they did exactly that. The room itself was outstanding—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bayfront view created a calm, beautiful backdrop that elevated the entire stay. Everything felt intentional, from the lighting to the layout, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy the moment. What impressed me most was the consistency of the staff. Whether at the front desk or around the property, everyone was courteous, attentive, and carried themselves with pride. That kind of culture reflects strong leadership and a commitment to excellence. We also had dinner at Spain Wine Bar, just steps away from the hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was attentive, and the food was outstanding. It complemented the entire evening perfectly and added another layer to an already memorable celebration. After 20 years of marriage, you start to appreciate experiences that are simple, well-executed, and meaningful. This was one of them."

"I had beach view the sluding door did not lock it was so rusted u need to ppl to pull open and pull close beds were so hard didnt get a good nite sleep my tv was not working maintenance came out had to bring another tv he put an oder model tv up so only had like 12 channel toilet had to be flushed twice to make it go down only good thing i can say about my stay is the shower head was awsome"

"The outdoor pool wasn't open but the indoor pool was a lot of fun. Very kid friendly and my kids loved the hotel. Only stayed one night but they wanted to come back. The focus is on amenities, not cleanliness. Tub and toilet were dirty, the bed sheets were stained in spots and pullout bed mattress had dark stains. Otherwises decent room, no bugs or other critters so I was relatively satisfied. Worth visiting the hotel and maybe bringing your own sheets if that's important to you."

"Wonderful oceanfront property right on the boardwalk. Nice room with a balcony facing the ocean. Great parking on site which is rare. Clean room, nice bathroom. We'll be back."

"Awesome and filling breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Parking was tricky and at a cost > March 31st. Worth the extra $$ for ocean view."
