「Very close to subway station and Shinsaibashi shopping centre. Convenient location! Good quality of amenities and nice staff. The lounge service is very good as well. The only thing to complain is that the water drained very slow in the sink and bathtub.」

「Convenient and good service.」

「Just WOW! It’s just like the photos, the style is amazing. We chose a superior twin room and it was extremely spacious, private bathroom with double sinks and an amazing wet room with a shower and a bath! The projector in the room is great! Some mention it is quite a distance to public transport - we found it was only about 700m to two stations and about 100m from the bus. We didn’t mind the walk at all. The hotel comes with a ton of amenities which you can choose from down in the lobby....

「Overall hotel service was great as it was clean and rooms were spacious. It would have been better if they could check us in correctly for bookings of 3 families, staff was not very polite upon finding their own mistakes.」

「Best location」

「Super convenient location. Love the rooftop spa.」
