「Overall hotel service was great as it was clean and rooms were spacious. It would have been better if they could check us in correctly for bookings of 3 families, staff was not very polite upon finding their own mistakes.」

「Convenient and good service.」

「It was truly a great stay a little ways away from Dontobori. It was just right outside the hectic area. Very spacious rooms. Highly recommend a stay here for the space, cleanness, & everything was working walking distance.」

「Good」

「Best location」

「We stayed for six nights. Front desk staff are very helpful. Since the mattress and pillow were too soft for my mom who has back pain, they quickly arranged firmer ones for us. And extremely good location and convenient to go everywhere despite the heavy rain during our stay. Surely will stay again if visiting Osaka next time!」

「Super convenient location. Love the rooftop spa.」

「The hotel is clean and spacious, had a wonderful stay at the hotel! However, before I book the hotel, I failed to realize how big and complicated Namba station is. The location of the hotel is great, like 5 minutes walk. But if you have to walk 5 more minutes after exploring the Namba station for 10 minutes after getting off the train, it’s very painful (physically, my feet are so sore 😭) Highly recommend this hotel to those who takes taxi 😂」
