「The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal. Perfect to stroll to dinner and along the Embarcadero. Request Room 828 for a stunning view of the Bay Bridge. 「The hotel itself is a art work, historic site, where guests stay with history but also get all the stuffs in need. Employee work with consideration and honor. My best one so far.」

「It was great as always, the valet upon arrival was somewhat difficult and the man in the valet front did not seem too interested in helping us, maybe he was overwhelmed? The police had to come ask us to move because we were blocking the way. There was a lot of cars waiting to be parked and we were not told where to go. They just said park anywhere and we will get to it. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.」
