「Perfect for a quick getaway 」

「Ii gave this property a 4.5 stars because the cable and the phone was out the whole time I was there and apparently had been out since Hurricane Melissa.」

「Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood...

「If I could give negative stars for this property, I absolutely would. The host cancelled our reservation right before our trip and failed to properly update the system or communicate professionally. I only found out the booking was cancelled when I was trying to get check-in information before leaving for Jamaica. The host messaged saying they cancelled for “personal reasons,” but after that completely stopped responding — not only to me, but also to Expedia when they repeatedly tried...

「Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!」

「5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...

「Do not use this place, it's a scam to get the first nights payment from you. I came here for my father's funeral. I had no communication from owner. Managed to find the property despite it being wrong on the map from hotels.com. The gated security said my name was not on the list, tried to contact owner, wouldn't answer phone. Then had to find and pay for another hotel after landing from a 10hr flight. Thanks!」

Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here.
