"El servicio muy amable y atento, el hotel está súper céntrico y adicional tiene varios comercios alrededor que es bastante beneficioso. Al llegar a la habitación el baño de mi habitación se encontraba tapada sin embargo apenas lo notifiqué no tardaron en solucionarlo. Claramente en mi próxima visita volveré a hospedarme!"

"Irving House exceeded my expectations. I arrived in Boston for a short night and a flight out very early the next day to the west coast. It was easy and quick (15 mins give or take) to get to (we didnt have traffic as I arrived Saturday afternoon and left 4:45 am Sunday). My room was very clean and well appointed as was the full bathroom across the hall which was very convenient. Both of the staff I encountered on the evening shift and night/early am shift were super friendly, informative, and helpful. It was great to have access to a fridge and freezer as I travel with some food. Soo appreciated. Oh, and the coffee they serve in the lobby was surprisingly REALLY good. I didn't get to eat their breakfast as I left too early but expect it was on par with the rest of their effort and performance. Neighborhood feels safe and I was able to take a nice evening stroll and feel very comfortable as a single 60-something woman. All around 5+ stars. Thank you and Great Job!"

"We arrived early as wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and build up to the Scotland World Cup match. We asked to leave luggage but were given our rooms as they were all ready. Really appreciated the early check in. Breakfast each morning was very welcome with good choices each day. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. About a 25-30 minute walk to the train station but felt safe walking even at night. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if fortunate enough to visit the Boston area again"

"Amazing room and beautiful hotel. Only complaint is parking. There is an underground garage and we were not provided how to get in it, until I called the front desk. There is no sign letting you know what to do.The staff has to open the garage door for you and you still had to pay to park in it."

"The room is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is very convenient. It has a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, a sofa and armchair, a work desk, a large TV, and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning also works well. Unfortunately, housekeeping has been inconsistent. At check-in, we were told the room would be cleaned every other day, but we went about a week without a proper cleaning. We contacted the front desk, and although the first promised service did not happen, they arranged a full cleaning the following day. Housekeeping then came and did a thorough job, and the room is now in very good condition, which we appreciate. The other issue is that the water dispenser on the fourth floor is not working, so we have to go down to the second floor near the fitness center to refill our water. This has still not been resolved. Overall, we like the room and the property and will probably stay here again when we come to Boston next time."
