The staffs are really helpful and nice. They even helped us to take the luggage to our room. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is also tasty. It takes only 15 mins to Hammersmith station. Everything is perfect!

The location is good.
However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins.
Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item.

"Room clean but bed extremely soft not good if have back problems. First time ever hotel with shared bathroom it was very disappointing that others can clean toilet after themselves not even pull chane after number 2s disgusting 2nd time left fesias on toilet seat .
