"All staff were friendly. Car parking was a bonus. Loved the breakfast and the view from the comfortable room. Would stay again. Almost right by main dockyard gate and a few minutes to the station and Gunwharf."

"Room was clean, but a little smelly after running the tap. Wardrobe was ridiculously small, like an armoir rather than a wardrobe. My dresses didn’t fit. Luckily radiator in bedroom was adjustable as it was very warm. Heaps of tea and coffee but we had to pop our fresh milk onto the windowsill outside as no fridge in room. Staff were excellent Slept well despite what appeared to be someone playing (badly) the last post on a cornet, down the hall."

"Could not get the wifi to work. Stuggled to close the bathroom door. The main room door had to be pushed shut even though it was a fire door with a self closure on it."

"The staff were great, overall communication was amazing. The room itself was secure, comfortable and had everything you needed. The only work on point would be, the cleanliness of the hallways and bathrooms needs improving. However for the price, you cant complain much. Thanks for the wonderfully stay. "
