There was everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, the spa bath worked well and the water was hot. Mattress was comfortable and linen etc clean. Surprised at how spacious apartment. Would definitely book again.

Distinction Rotorua Hotel and Conference Centre
The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't working and wasn't looked at when we requested it be looked at. There was a good selection of different pillows, which is good.

Redwood Apartments
This place was very positive experience and we would stay again. A pleasure to meet the Hosts, pictures are exactly as they appear. Quiet neighborhood, parking easy, and all amenities that you need. Close to downtown, the geothermal spa, and ice cream parlor! Love Rotorua!
